Phillip Harrison is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Philadelphia office. He maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Phillip served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gail A. Weilheimer in both the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, as well as for the Honorable Daniel D. McCaffery in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
While earning his J.D. at Widener University Delaware Law School, Phillip was a congressional intern for U.S. Rep. Madeleine Dean (PA-04), a legal intern for New Castle County Council in Delaware, and a summer legal intern for the Delaware River and Bay Authority. He also had a prior career as a supervisor and caseworker for the Delaware County Assistance Office.
