Pia Aklian is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises clients ranging from emerging businesses to multinational, public companies across various industries including technology, software, manufacturing, life sciences and health care. Prior to her role at Saul Ewing, Pia was a corporate and transactional attorney in the Philadelphia office of a large national law firm. In addition, Pia also served as general manager and in-house counsel to a software enterprise company specializing in software development services for life sciences, health care and business enterprises. Pia's law firm and in-house experience provide her with insight into the needs and complexities of the corporate client.
