Rob Duston is a business lawyer and litigator with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses, schools and other entities, primarily in three areas of the law:
- compliance with the public access requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and similar laws;
- employment and labor issues likely to significantly impact operations or lead to negative media attention; and
- legal issues affecting higher education and schools in these and other compliance matters, including Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights (OCR) investigations
Rob applied this experience when the COVID-19 pandemic began in February 2020, counseling hundreds of employers and schools on workplace safety, testing, remote and hybrid work, vaccination policies and requests for disability and religious accommodations, and was frequently quoted in national publications on COVID-19 issues.
