Ryan Gallagher is a litigation attorney who handles a variety of matters involving commercial, employment, shareholder, and consumer financing disputes. Ryan has experience representing businesses ranging in size from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, in both single plaintiff cases and large class action lawsuits in state and federal courts, as well as in various alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
Ryan assists clients throughout the litigation process, from commencement through completion, including drafting and arguing pleadings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations and trial.
During law school, Ryan was a legal intern under Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and served as a member of the Roger Williams University School of Law Moot Court team, where he won the 2017 Esther Clark Moot Court Appellate Competition before the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
