Overview

Ryan Jerome is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's New York City office. Ryan maintains a general commercial litigation practice and handles a variety of complex disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ryan was an assistant law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Jaffe in the New York State Supreme Court. In this role, he drafted opinions and memoranda for general litigation matters, including breach of contract, employment discrimination, real estate disputes, negligence and class actions. 

Ryan also was previously an associate in private practice, where he drafted complaints and briefs for a wide range of complex litigation, including shareholder derivative suits and class actions concerning corporate securities, consumer protection, real estate and data privacy.

In addition, Ryan interned at a financial services firm, where he prepared risk assessment presentations for bank management teams.

While Ryan was earning his J.D., he was an interschool competitor on the Fordham University School of Law Moot Court Board, and he won first place as best advocate in the Pepperdine School of Law National Moot Court Competition.
