Sean Cooley maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
Prior to starting at Saul Ewing, Sean was a law clerk for the Honorable Rosalyn Tang in the Appellate Court of Maryland.
While earning his J.D. at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Sean was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. He was also a law clerk for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and he volunteered as a Rule 19 student attorney in the law school’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
