Primary Office
Shivani Govani is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Chicago office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.
While earning her J.D. at University of Illinois College of Law, she was a summer associate for the firm. She was also a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Ohio in Cleveland. In addition, she was an intern for the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless, where she drafted a Homeless Bill of Rights that was presented to the Cleveland City Council.
