Steve Ma is a litigator with nearly 30 years of experience representing public and private companies and their officers, directors, members and investors. As a seasoned trial attorney, Steve handles jury trials, bench trials and arbitration proceedings in both state and federal courts, with a focus on matters relating to entertainment and real estate. Steve’s experience includes defending music publishers in licensing and copyright disputes and representing real estate developers and lenders in litigation against breach of contract and fraudulent transfer claims.
Steve has extensive experience with securities litigation, including representation of individual officers, directors, members and investors involved in investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulators.
