Sydney Schwartz is a member of the Transactional Department in the firm's Miami office. She maintains a general real estate practice and assists with a variety of deals, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions.
While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Sydney was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. During law school, she gained experience as a legal intern for a private security provider, where she assisted with contract review and drafting and researched federal, state and local statutes and regulations to assist the company with compliance.
