Tamia Morris is real estate attorney who advises clients on commercial transactions, particularly those involving the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors and financial institutions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale deals and leasing agreements. She also conducts due diligence and title reviews, including matters involving complex mineral rights. In addition, Tamia structures, negotiates, and closes commercial finance transactions for local, regional, and national financial institutions.
