Tara Phelan Carver practices in the area of commercial real estate and commercial loan transactions. She represents both private and institutional clients who rely on her for counsel in local and national transactions, including those involving secured and unsecured facilities, intercreditor agreements and multi-tiered transactions. Tara has comprehensive experience representing private and public property owners, developers, sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions, including those in support of major land developments.
Tara's transactional practice includes the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, tenancy in common agreements, credit agreements and accompanying pertinent documentation. Tara is also frequently called upon to provide local counsel legal opinions for national and international companies with real estate assets in New Jersey or New York.
