Teo Victoria represents sponsors, developers and general contractors in real estate and infrastructure projects, including data centers. His practice encompasses development, construction and other real property transactions, as well as acquisitions, sales and financings. Teo works with clients such as private equity investors and lenders, as well as other types of non-institutional lenders and alternative asset managers. In addition, he has broad experience in the drafting and negotiating of construction and development documents, particularly in the digital infrastructure space. Teo also supervises a team of attorneys and staff that focus on real property acquisitions, sales and financings.
