Ted Stolman draws on decades of experience in the insolvency and bankruptcy space to help businesses successfully resolve financial matters. In addition, drawing upon his experience in representing debtors, Ted is particularly adept at assisting creditors when confronted with an insolvency.
Ted has advised clients on both the debtor and creditor side including complex Chapter 11 matters, resulting in successful outcomes. When litigation is necessary, he relies on his commercial litigation experience to represent clients with approaches to protect their financial interests throughout the process.
Ted was previously with one of the top bankruptcy law firms in Los Angeles, where he handled some of the largest bankruptcy cases filed at the time in Southern California. He began his legal career with the U.S. Justice Department Tax Division in Washington D.C., representing the government's interests in connection with tax claims in pending bankruptcy cases.
