With over 30 years' experience, Tom Sestanovich is a very well-known real estate attorney in Los Angeles, having spent his entire legal career working on commercial transactions, environmental matters and litigation in nearly every U.S. state. He focuses his legal practice primarily on commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, securitized financings, and negotiation and documentation of leases for office, retail and industrial properties.
Tom also regularly handles the commercial leasing of several million square feet of industrial and office properties and the acquisition and sale of about the same throughout the country.
