Overview

Ubong Udoeyo is a corporate attorney who advises public and private companies on complex commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entity formation, strategic investments, and general corporate matters. He works closely with clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, from structuring and negotiation through execution and post-closing matters.

Ubong brings a combination of legal and financial experience to his practice. Prior to returning to private practice, he worked as an investment banker at a global financial institution, where he executed more than $30 billion in M&A, debt, and equity transactions. In that role, he led valuation analyses, coordinated cross-functional diligence efforts, and advised on transaction strategy.
