- Represented plaintiffs – the minority shareholders in a corporation operating a private golf course – in a case challenging corporation actions that led to a dilution of their minority shareholder interest and the resulting breach of fiduciary duties by the board of directors. The case was settled, with the corporation buying the minority shareholders’ shares back and re-structuring the corporation to a non-profit.
