Xun Chen focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including contract and business tort claims, post-acquisition disputes, regulatory proceedings involving critical permits, and issues arising from government contracts. She represents companies, trade associations, and other institutional clients in these matters in state, federal and appellate courts and arbitration forums.
In addition to her commercial work, Xun has experience handling product liability, mass tort, and business litigation matters for the retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive and aviation industries. She also previously served as a law clerk in the Litigation Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
