Zachary Berk focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters, with concentrations in commercial contract, insurance, shareholder, and real estate disputes. His experience also includes representing clients in consumer financial services, intellectual property, class action, employment, and trade secret matters. Zach regularly practices in both state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate court levels.
Prior to engaging in private practice, Zach served as a law clerk on the Business Litigation Calendar for the Rhode Island Superior Court. In addition to his state bar admissions, Zach is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Zach has been named a "Future Star" in Massachusetts by Benchmark Litigation annually since 2021.
