    • The sale of six lots to be developed into townhomes.
    • The construction and financing of a 344-unit multifamily rental with 11 live-in work spaces with 10,000 square feet of Class A office space
  • A private REIT in its acquisition and financing of the fifth largest multifamily portfolio acquisition in U.S. history for $1.85 billion.
  • A health care facilities organization in the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of health care facilities, primarily located in Pennsylvania, including a facility with HUD-inured financing.
