Brandon Clark represents clients in the resolution of construction disputes through litigation and arbitration. His experience encompasses a broad range of matters involving issues such as construction delays, contractor termination, cost overruns, structural defects, and claims against professional liability insurance policies.
Brandon's practice is informed by his training and past work as a mechanical engineer for an automotive manufacturer and an engineering firm specializing in consulting to the power generation industry.
Brandon’s focus on construction disputes is reflected in his role as the co-editor of the firm’s Construction Industry Counsel blog and as a contributing editor to The Construction Lawyer, the leading publication of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. Brandon is also a contributing author of the Illinois Construction Law Manual and has contributed construction-related writing to various other publications. He is also an active member of the Government Relations Committee of the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors trade group, which monitors and advises members on construction-related legislation affecting the construction industry in Illinois.
