• Represented the general contractor in simultaneous disputes with the owner and a subcontractor arising from delays and cost overruns in the construction of a net-zero elementary school. 
• Advised a multi-national consortium involved in a massive public works project in obtaining a multi-million-dollar recovery against a design engineer’s professional liability insurance policy.

• On a pro bono basis, obtained exoneration of a wrongfully convicted man who served 23 years of a 45-year sentence in Illinois.
• Defended an international automotive parts manufacturer in civil class-action antitrust claims.
