Drawing on more than two decades of experience in legal practice, Camille represents borrowers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, as well as national and local lending institutions in connection with the credit enhancement or direct purchase of bonds. She also advises borrowers on post-issuance tax compliance and continuing disclosure obligations. Camille represents developers, equity investors and nonprofit organizations in the acquisition, development and disposition of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, including projects in the health care, senior living and higher education industries. She drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial agreements – covering financing, development, management and leasing – in support of these projects. She also assists with setting up joint ventures and corporate structures and advises on general contract documents.

Camille also provides legal counsel for borrower clients securing financing for various real estate projects. Her experience includes real estate financing transactions that leverage conventional bank loans, government programs through HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, tax-exempt and taxable bonds, and tax credits including those for affordable housing projects. Camille has experience representing national and regional lenders in commercial lending transactions, including acquisition, construction, and permanent loans, revolving credit and term loans, asset-based financing, equipment leases, and syndicated loans.
