Charlotte has represented clients across a broad range of industries, including a Fortune 20 telecommunications company in the expansion of its nationwide communications infrastructure and a global financial institution in connection with its extensive portfolio of financial centers, advice centers, office, and ATM locations. She routinely manages complex, portfolio-based transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and strategic real estate initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. As outside real estate counsel, Charlotte partners with in-house legal departments, business executives, and project teams to develop practical, business-oriented solutions that align individual transactions with broader corporate objectives and long-term real estate strategy.
