Some of Charlotte’s select leasing transactions include:
- Replacement leases for an office campus of over 540,000 square feet for a U.S.-based global bank.
- A call center lease of over 100,000 square feet for a Fortune 50 company.
- Numerous leases for bowling and family entertainment centers for locations throughout the United States, with each one containing between 25,000 to 50,000 square feet.
- An office and research center lease of over 30,000 square feet for an automotive manufacturer.
Outside Counsel for Real Estate Matters
Some select engagements in which Charlotte served as outside counsel on real estate matters include for:
- A U.S.-based global bank for whom she negotiated and advised on hundreds of leases of financial centers, advanced centers, offices and ATMs, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, easements and zoning matters. She also advised on pre-litigation matters.
- A publicly traded national apparel chain in the negotiation of its retail leases, amendments and related agreements, including creating lease workout templates to implement nationwide in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
