• An international food manufacturing company in the drafting and negotiation of a purchase agreement in a $2 million acquisition of a product line from a competitor.
• A New Jersey-based manufacturing company in leading due diligence efforts and drafting disclosure schedules and ancillary agreements for its $88 million sale to a private equity firm.
• A provider of cloud-based technology solutions to the veterinary sector in the drafting of key sections of the purchase agreement for a $43.4 million acquisition by an online pet food retailer. Also oversaw the due diligence and discovery process and prepared ancillary contracts integral to the transaction.
• An aerospace design and manufacturing company in drafting transaction documents and handling the sell-side diligence and discovery process for its $18 million divestiture of two product lines.
• A Massachusetts/Taiwan-based microprocessor chip company in leading the due diligence process and drafting key components of the purchase agreement for a $100 million stock sale to a private equity company.
