Scott Rafshoon focuses his nationwide legal practice on facilitating deals involving public-private partnerships at the local, state, and federal levels. Scott provides transactional counsel to developers and sponsors from the planning stage to commercial and financial closing, particularly for social infrastructure projects. He has vast experience with the privatization of housing and other infrastructure on active-duty military installations and has worked on the redevelopment of several closed military bases.
