  • Global leaders in telecommunications in a litigation alleging violations of communications regulations and federal laws and from industry competitors seeking to claim alleged intellectual property rights over 3G, 4G, 5G, and IEEE 802.11 technical standards.
  • Multinational conglomerate clients in patent litigation involving their source code intricacies and software architecture.
  • A global medical device company in a patent infringement suit related to a medical-grade nail used for ankle fusion. Resolved the case in advance of summary judgment on terms the client found favorable.
  • A medical device manufacturer and one of its sales executives in a trade secrets case brought by a major competitor. The case concerned 3D-printed metal medical implants and was contested in New Jersey and North Carolina.
  • A Fortune 100 retailer related to Bluetooth technology in patent litigation in the Western District of Texas, concluding with a voluntary dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claims, and a resolution through settlement.
  • A client related to multi-configurable hand trucks in a patent infringement action concluding with a resolution through settlement.
  • A client in the prosecution of claims for breach of contract concerning a call option agreement resulting in settlement of some claims and granting of summary judgment in others. On appeal to the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.
  • A semiconductor company in its defense in the largest patent infringement case ever filed against the company, in terms of potential exposure.
  • A cybersecurity provider in a seven-patent infringement lawsuit that targeted most of its products, including willful infringement allegations.
  • A cybersecurity provider in a patent infringement matter involving network and computer security products.
