• A client in a guardianship lawsuit to demand an accounting and file a complaint for breach of fiduciary duty resulting in the discovery of stolen funds and mismanaged assets and the breaching party surrendering their inheritance and paying all attorney’s fees and costs.
• A beneficiary and business owner in a trust dispute, arguing that the trust instrument was unambiguous and that estate taxes should be paid from the trust’s principal rather than allocated against the beneficiary. The court agreed and granted summary judgment in favor of the beneficiary.
