Jessica Huang represents clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Her experience includes litigating claims arising from a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, fraud and racketeering.
Prior to entering private practice, Jessica was a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea Masley in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division. She also previously served as an intern for the Honorable Esther Salas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
