- Represented a successor trustee in a dispute between a trust and beneficiaries regarding the beneficiaries’ use of trust real property.

- Won a judgement in a complex commercial investment fraud trial involving the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
- Successfully defended trustees accused of not administering a trust in accordance with its term.
Non-Profit Corporate Counsel
- Formation of 501(c)(3) nonprofits, both public charities and private foundations, including securing state and federal tax-exempt status, developing governance and organizational structure, state fundraising registration and compliance, audit, annual IRS tax compliance, and employment.
- Advise on domestic and international research grant contracts, including protection of intellectual property.
