Although Julie describes herself as an "aging athlete" (basketball and softball), she remains immersed in sports through her children (basketball, wrestling and all things aquatics) and usually spends a good chunk of her weekends at the gym or natatorium.
She loves music. Her three favorite artists are Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews and Taylor Swift.
