Overview

Kevin M. Levy maintains a commercial real estate practice with a focus primarily on property sales and acquisitions, leases, commercial real estate lending and borrowing, development projects and real estate tax appeals. Kevin represents clients across the country in connection with office, life sciences, and industrial projects including master developments, syndications, and portfolio leasing. He has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in real estate mortgage and mezzanine financing. 

Kevin serves as the 2026 chair of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association and previously served as the 2023 president of the Philadelphia LGBTQ Bar Association, the professional legal association for LGBTQ+ attorneys, judges, law students and other legal professionals in the Philadelphia area. In his spare time, he volunteers with his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi and Philadelphia VIP, a regional volunteer legal services organization.

While earning his J.D. at Rutgers Law School, Kevin completed internships with the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Rowan University, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey, and he worked as a legislative fellow in the New Jersey Senate Majority Office.

Kevin partners with a variety of pro bono organizations in Philadelphia to deliver legal services to longtime Philadelphia residents obtaining clean title to their homes and to combat the crisis of gun violence in the city. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kevin advised clients on COVID-19 regulatory compliance and commented extensively on COVID-19 governmental orders and guidance in media.

Kevin was named to City & State Pennsylvania’s Law Power 100 List in 2023.
