Krystal Bordoni-Cowley is a real estate attorney who assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sales agreements, due diligence, and closings. She also reviews and drafts commercial leases and amendments for corporations, institutions of higher education, real estate investment trusts (REITS) who own and invest in medical office buildings, and government agencies. In addition, Krystal has experience assisting clients with due diligence in the energy, oil and gas, and solid waste industries.
