  • A private foundation in the formation of a pre-competitive consortium of biopharmaceutical industry partners, including Amicus Therapeutics; Biogen Inc., Elaaj Bio, Marinus Pharmaceuticals Inc., PTC Therapeutics, Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., and Zogenix, Inc., to direct a key clinical study for the development of disease-modifying therapeutics for a rare childhood neurodevelopmental condition.
  • The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics (FAST) in ongoing legal matters.
  • Several start-ups on choice of entity, organization, master service agreements, and intellectual property protection.
  • Several fitness boutiques on intellectual property protection and enforcement strategy and brand protection matters.
  • A start-up on entity conversion and corporate governance matters.
  • A private investment fund in connection with esports investments, including organizational matters; team formation and employment matters; training/practice facilities and home venue matters; intellectual property matters, including trademark and social media assets, right of publicity and sponsorship matters, music licensing, and clearance; and vendor agreements.
  • A leading salty snack brand/company in its sale to a multinational company and one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world with a total transaction value of $900 million.
