Minjae Kim maintains a broad civil litigation practice, assisting clients from pre-litigation investigation through appeal in complex commercial, intellectual property, and tax disputes. She has experience drafting dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and critical pleadings in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. She is well-versed in analyzing lower court decisions to ascertain potential issues to raise on appeal. Minjae has also represented international companies and high net worth individuals facing government investigations.

Between years in private practice, Minjae served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to joining Saul Ewing, Minjae worked at two international law firms in New York and Washington, D.C.
