Olga Kuzmina represents clients in high-stakes trust and estate disputes as well as trust administration. Her litigation experience includes will and trust contests based on lack of capacity and undue influence, disputes over fiduciary accountings, and actions involving the interpretation of estate planning instruments. Her litigation experience includes motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparations. Olga’s trust administration work includes advising on fiduciary duties and powers and handling required notices and court filings.
Olga also has experience representing clients in business litigation, including defense of companies in general liability and product liability claims.
