Some of Rachael’s select matters in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts include:
- Advising the administrative agent in DIP financing and cash collateral proceedings for a specialty fashion retailer.
- Advising a private real estate equity and investment firm in several Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases relating to acquiring distressed properties to DIP financing and cash collateral matters amongst other issues.
- Representing two members of the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of a large clothing retailer.
- Representing a large reinsurer as an interested party in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
