- Successfully defended a private college in a New York Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR) proceeding related to claims of discrimination and retaliation based on an allegation of wrongful termination in response to claims of request for accommodation related to COVID-19 concerns.
- Defended a school district in a state court proceeding brought pursuant to the Child Victim Act.
- Counseled a college in relation to the settlement of a case brought pursuant to the Adult Survivor Act.
- Mediated and settled wrongful termination claims based on allegations of gender discrimination and retaliation on behalf of a sports apparel company.
- Advised several local and regional banks in federal class action suits related to overdraft fees and nonsufficient funds resulting in voluntary dismissal by plaintiffs in each case.
- Successfully defended a municipality in Article 78 proceedings brought by homeowners challenging the SCAR hearing officer's denial of unequal assessment claims.
