Taylor Wilson assist clients with a variety of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, development projects, financing and property sales and acquisitions. Her experience spans across an array of property classes, including commercial offices, industrial, warehouses, and special purposes including data centers and higher education use. She has particular experience with transactions that support the development of projects for higher education institutions, such as mixed-use developments combining student housing, commercial enterprises, lab space and classrooms.
In helping clients navigate these complex real estate transactions, Taylor draws on her knowledge of market dynamics and her ability to assess investment risks and evaluate financial implications from earning an M.B.A. from Villanova University School of Business.
While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Taylor gained experience as a legal extern in various roles, including the Villanova University Office of General Counsel, a small law firm on suburban Philadelphia’s Main Line, and a software company that supports HR functions for businesses.
