Teaching Experience
- Tom teaches state and local environmental law as an adjunct law professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in the Environmental Certificate Program.
- Prior to law school, Tom was an English teacher and soccer and baseball coach at the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland.
