- Served as the hearing officer in a medical staff fair hearing.
- Successfully advised and defended the president of a nonprofit professional society against an attempt by a disgruntled group of members seeking to remove the president and board in an effort to reinstate the society’s management company at a cost of nearly triple the new management company which was providing better and additional services.
- Represented a physician group in the sale of their practice to a hospital for $19 million.
- Represented a medical staff in the drafting of hospital medical staff bylaws.
- Represented the owner in the sale of four mobile home parks for more than $6 million.
