Zachary’s experience includes managing acquisitions and sales of office, medical, and other commercial properties, as well as portfolio refinancings. He counsels clients on joint ventures and other ownership and investment vehicles. He also coordinates due diligence, negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and oversees the preparation and negotiation of loan and closing documentation.
