• A $75 million multi-state, multi-asset portfolio refinance, including coordinating across multiple investors and lenders and overseeing the drafting and negotiation of loan documents through closing.
• The $35 million acquisition and financing of a metropolitan hotel including negotiating the acquisition and loan documents for the property's redevelopment into a multifamily residential project.   
• The $16 million acquisition of a metropolitan office building, including management of due diligence and overseeing drafting and negotiation of purchase, financing, and closing documentation.
• The $13 million acquisition of a suburban surgery center, including management of due diligence and overseeing drafting and negotiation of purchase, financing, and closing documentation.
