Brian Seal

Brian Seal represents companies in high-stakes patent litigation and other complex commercial disputes in federal district and appellate courts nationwide. In his more than two decades of practice in intellectual property law, Brian has handled matters involving a variety of technologies and products, particularly in the computing, telecommunications, and electronics industries. His practice includes jury trials, bench trials, and appeals involving patents, trademarks and copyrights, including claim construction and infringement disputes. Brian also has experience serving as trial counsel in funded litigation and helping clients negotiate and secure litigation financing agreements.
