Indira Sharma represents businesses in a range of litigation, from complex contract and commercial disputes to matters involving commercial leases and real estate. She also advises business clients on management of early stage conflicts and strategies for preventing litigation. Her experience as a trial attorney includes handling matters in state and federal court as well as in arbitration. Disputes involving breach of contract, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition and tortious inference are among the types of matters she handles. Indira also has experience with litigation involving commercial leases, construction, and real estate, particularly cases involving allegations of fraud, professional malpractice and breach of contract. Indira's experience also includes handling probate and fiduciary disputes involving trusts, wills, estates and guardianships.
Beyond her litigation practice, Indira serves as chair of the Firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and is a driving force behind the Firm's commitment to hiring, promoting and retaining women, ethnically and racially diverse and LGBTQ+ attorneys as well as achieving Mansfield Plus certification.
